: In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned in Section 43 of the Act, the functions, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) To ensure constructive participation of members in the overall functioning of the organization,
(b). Arranging regular provision of cooperative education to members, (c) Inspection and monitoring in accordance with the Act and this regulation: providing assistance in the work as well as arranging the implementation of the received instructions,
(d) To implement the recommendations received from the Audit Supervisory Committee (e) To maintain transparency in the operation of the organization and to implement the provisions in accordance with the laws in force regarding the prevention of money laundering. (f). Forming, disbanding and assigning responsibilities to sub-committees as required,
(g) Create and enforce a code of conduct for members and officers (h) To perform other functions mentioned in the regulations.
